Catalyst4Healing (C4H) was established by Paul Skelton in 2024 as a ministry which equips and releases Christians to heal the sick (Mt.10:8) and helps to cultivate a culture amongst Christians where healing in Jesus’ name is a natural and normal part of an everyday Christian lifestyle.

Paul is supported by a team who themselves minister healing in Jesus’ name and who help to run and lead the various activities which have been established by C4H.

Council of Reference. Catalyst4Healing’s leadership has invited the people below to serve as a Council of Reference. Council of Reference members have the right to speak into C4H: by offering advice and guidance; by offering expertise and experience; to inform and encourage C4H’s ministry; and to advocate its mission and vision.

Ian Andrews:

— short statement from Ian Andrews to be inserted here —

Ian has been a leading figure in the healing ministry for more than four decades and has authored two books. He has travelled to over 65 nations bringing the good news that every believer can and should heal the sick. God has used Ian to start several revivals throughout the world (more about Ian Andrews).

Andrew Leakey:

I’ve known Paul Skelton since his early days in healing and equipping ministry. He is a man of integrity and honesty, and has a quiet, gentle authority that endears him to others as he ministers in the love and power of the Father. He is probably one of the two most gifted people I know when it comes to equipping others to do the same. Not only so, but I am honoured to call him a friend and partner in the Kingdom of Heaven. I commend him to individuals, groups and Churches without any reserve.

Andrew Leakey works in the southwest of England with Ed Silvoso’s ministry, Transform Our World (TOW) and is an ordained minister who has helped establish several churches at home and abroad. He carries the heart of a father, brings the presence of God wherever he goes, and is passionate about seeing God’s people embrace their true identity and destiny.

Paul Manwaring:

One of my favourite expressions of God is when He heals. Pursuing healing, equipping the saints, and ministering healing are the central purpose of this ministry which I wholeheartedly endorse and which I am honoured to be related to.

After living for 15 years in California and serving on the Senior Leadership Team of Bethel Church, Redding, Paul & Sue Manwaring returned to live in the UK in December 2016.

Paul Wakely:

Paul Skelton has long pursued demonstrations of God’s goodness, seeing many people healed & restored. His revelation of God’s fathering love is the heartbeat behind C4H. I commend their work unreservedly.

Paul Wakely has been involved in the Church in Bath for over 40 years. His passion is to see God’s fathering revealed, His love poured out, and true oneness amongst his people. Paul now gives most of his time to cultivating friendships between leaders in the city. He is convinced that there is only one Church in the city, with many expressions of that one Church.
