If someone is not able to attend a café or HOTS in person and would like us to pray for them during the time allocated please let us know the details.
The vision behind C4H is primarily for ‘hands on’ healing and our desire is to encourage people to attend the cafés in person, where possible. However, before each Healing Café we receive several ‘remote’ requests for prayer from or on behalf of those who aren’t able to attend in person.
If we have time, we try to minister into these whilst the café is running, expecting the Holy Spirit to bring an encounter for the person right there and then, even if they are not physically in the room (just like the Syrophoenician woman’s Daughter of Mk.7:24-30, the centurion’s servant of Mt.8:5-13 and Lk.7:1-10, and the Capernaum official’s son of Jn.4:46–54).
When the cafés are busy we find that we aren’t always able to give sufficient attention to these ‘remote’ prayer requests. To rectify this, Kath Hockley is setting up a team of volunteers who will pray and minister into these requests ‘off-line’ (so to speak). If you are interested in joining the team then please get in contact with Kath.
