Firstly, a short video message from Paul Skelton…

Ian Andrews’ talks…

Ian Andrews was the Saturday speaker at last weekend’s C4H ‘gathering’. Someone had the foresight to make a recording on their phone which means we can share the recordings of Ian’s talk and his Q&A session. These can be found on the team page of the website. You will also find a number of other helpful resources on the team page.

C4H values when praying for healing at a Healing Café…

Paul Skelton has provided seven short videos to remind us of some of C4H’s values when ministering in a Healing Café setting. If you would like to view these videos you can find them here.

Prayer & Thanksgiving…

  • Testimonies of some of the healings at the Bath and Melksham Healing Cafés can be found here.
  • Thank you, Jesus, for raising up operational support for Paul as he leads C4H. Please pray that the right people will be identified for the right tasks. Please pray as Paul seeks to delegate some of the tasks associated with running C4H and its activities.
  • We’ve decided not to affiliate with HREW (Healing Rooms England and Wales), though we can learn from them and from the way they operate. Although our cafés could be accommodated by the HREW model, this would be too restrictive for other aspects of C4H. Therefore, we are going to establish C4H as a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) for all our activities. Paul will be working with John and Sharon Firth to do this. John will be helping to set up the CIO and Sharon will be working on our policies. Whilst this is going on there is an immediate need for C4H to obtain some public liability insurance for the C4H street work. Undertaking this necessary work will incur some expenses so please also give this matter some prayerful attention.
  • Please pray for those leading our various C4H activities:
    • Dawn Benda (Bath Healing Café)
    • Andy Ladhams (HOTS Bath)
    • Susan Kyle (Food Hygiene and Safety Advisor)
    • Nancy Millard (Melksham Healing Café)
  • Interest is still being shown in the possibility of starting healing cafés in additional locations in and around Bath. Planning is underway to get a Shaftesbury Healing Café up and running and we are exploring possibilities for one in Chippenham.
